This is where the house is located, just 8 minutes walk to the center of the town of Begur, where all the restaurants and shops are located. A 2-minute walk away there is a bus stop that takes you to Sa Riera Beach.

Upon entering the house we find the living room and kitchen, with access to the porch with views of the sea and the forest. In the terrace area is the pool.
In the lower garden there is space for a barbecue.
The rooms are distributed as follows:
•A room with a double bed.
•A room with two single beds.

It should be noted that the house has space to park two cars and a motorcycle.

Water consumption will be controlled due to water restrictions approved by the Drought Decree.
If you come with children, you must keep in mind that:
Pool not protected for children.
The barbecue can only be used in the designated area of the lower garden. Cannot move to porch.
You cannot run in the pool area. If it is wet it can slip.
The house has many windows. The windows are marked with a security identifier.
There is a gap between the porch and the pool terrace without a railing.
The property will not be responsible for accidents inside or outside the pool, nor for possible falls, nor for hitting the glass or breaking glass.
